Aufgrund seiner Kompaktheit kann der Kettler Bewegungstrainer nahezu bei jeder Gelegenheit genutzt werden. Voraussetzung ist lediglich, dass der Trainierende sitzt. Ob auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer oder im Büro am Schreibtisch. Einfach den Kettler Bewegungstrainer am gewünschten Ort platzieren und losradeln. Der Bremswiderstand kann stufenlos über ein Drehrad angepasst werden. So ist eine gewisse Variation der Trainingsintensitt mglich.
